After spending a few days at Rikers Island, Poster Boy (Henry Matyjewicz)'s lawyer, Kerry Gotlib, won an appeal that got him released on bail and is now looking to reinstate the original no-jail plea deal for his client. Bushwick BK is reporting that the Department of Corrections has a court date scheduled in September, and that Matyjewicz might be looking at some tough times if sentenced back to Rikers.

A former prisoner there told the website that, "Gangs run the place and they will definitely fuck with him because he is white," adding that since he has somewhat of a celebrity status they might assume he has money and try to extort him. Meanwhile, the others in the Poster Boy collective (if it is a collective) are allowing Matyjewicz to take the fall as they continue the important art of mashing up subway ads and selling books at Urban Outfitters.
