Manager Margarito Rodriguez said he served LePage three margaritas that night, and was unaware that the mom was sharing until "some patrons who were across from them later on mentioned to me there was something going on. Police say the teen admitted her mom had given her the drinks, and that she often lets her booze with meals. She was so intoxicated police took her to Middlesex Hospital for medical treatment.

LePage was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, and custody of the girl has been handed over to her father, who presumably knows his daughter's limits.
