Brooklyn's The JakeWalk has developed a winter fondue menu. There is no better defense against cold weather than a belly full of hot cheese, so JakeWalk has taken the regions best Alpine cheeses, like gruyere, comte and Ascutney Mountain, and mixes them with white wine, garlic and pepper. They also have their beer and cheddar fondue, bleu cheese fondue and of course a chocolate fondue made with bourbon, an equally effective defense against the cold.
