The suspect who police believe shoved a man onto the subway tracks in Queens on Thursday night has been charged with second degree murder as a hate crime. [Update Below]

Here's a sketch of the woman who fatally shoved a man in front of an oncoming train. The NYPD has released the victim's name, and is offering a $12,000 reward for information leading to arrest.

Apparently the victim's laptop and wallet were found by police.

Witnesses told police that a woman had been "walking back and forth on the platform, talking to herself" before she shoved the man.
