The man whom police say was involved in a fatal fight with a LaGuardia Community College student at the Bedford Avenue L train station on Friday night won't face murder charges.

A tipster contacted the police after seeing the sketch; a witness to the altercation also identified him in a photo array.

This newly-released surveillance video shows the man whom investigators say started a fight at the Bedford Avenue L station Friday night that ended in the death of Howard Beach resident Joshua Basin.

A week earlier, Basin had posted a picture of himself and friends posing next to a moving subway car: “It looks like I almost got hit by the train,” he joked on his Facebook wall.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 30 and 35 years old, with a thin build, light complexion, dirty blond hair with pock marks on the right side of his face.

Police say that the man who fled was the one who started the physical altercation as the pair were leaving the train and are calling this a homicide.
