[UPDATE BELOW] A robbery and potential hostage situation is currently unfolding at Arrow Wine & Liquor. ABC News reports that witnesses alerted police to a robbery at 1:30 p.m. and at least one suspect is remaining in the liquor store as of 3 p.m. Dozens of NYPD officers are reported as being on the scene.

Update 5:03 p.m.: A representative with the NYPD says that all hostages have been evacuated from the building, no one has been shot, and it is believed that there are two gunmen remaining in the building.
Update: 6:19 p.m.: It has been confirmed that both suspected gunmen are now in custody, although whether or not anyone was injured in their apprehension is "still under investigation."
