A few more details about the strange incident of a 17-year-old male, found with his hands duct-taped, who says he was tossed from the roof of 1306 Loring Avenue, one of the buildings in the Pink Houses project. The Daily News reports, "Police could not verify his story and were waiting at Brookdale Hospital to question" Pennsylvania resident Matthew Logsdon, who did have two broken legs (and was previously shot during a turf battle in PA). And duct tape was also found on the roof. While residents, who think that Logsdon was in Brooklyn "for guns or drugs," told the News the roof is usually unlocked but there's a tall barrier around it: "He really would have to be lifted by a couple guys to get thrown off." Another resident lamented to NY1, "This is really sad, a 17-year-old boy being thrown off a roof... This is already a rough area and this just doesn't help."
