Investigators have found "credible evidence" that a 14-year-old boy was the victim of "sexual abuse, sodomy, assault and violence" committed by an employee and another patient at a state-run psychiatric hospital. "He was being threatened [by his attackers] not to say anything and finally he couldn't take it anymore," said a lawyer representing the teen's mother, who intends to file a $20 million lawsuit against the state today, according to the Daily News. The teen—who is no longer a patient at the Bronx Children's Psychiatric Center—was admitted to the facility in June by his mother and reported the attacks in August. NY1 reports he has since been "transferred to a different location."
