A NJ woman has pleaded guilty to fatally injecting a young man's penis with silicone as part of a penis enhancing procedure.

According to the News, Kasia Rivera, 38, now faces five years in state prison, or possible deportation to Jamaica, for the botched 2011 penile injection.

Back in May 2011, 22-year-old father-of-two Justin Street—who police say wanted to enlarge his penis— went to Rivera’s home on May 5, where she allegedly gave him the injection. The injection was shot directly into Street's bloodstream; he died a day after the procedure from a silicone embolism. His death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.

Rivera admitted in court that she was not trained as a medical doctor and she was neither trained nor licensed to administer the silicone injection. River was also asked in court about a "friend" of hers who allegedly attempted jury tampering when he trial started in May. The NJ Advance reports:

At that time, three jurors claimed they were approached on May 8 by a man associated with Rivera about influencing the outcome of the trial. Two of the jurors said they were offered bribes of $5,000.

One of those two jurors said he gave his phone number to the man and later received three calls from a woman whom he believed to be Rivera.

...

But on Tuesday, Rivera asserted she did not participate in the alleged scheme and that the man had acted alone in approaching the jurors. Rivera said she didn't ask the man to approach the jurors or encourage him to do so. She described the man as a friend.

Because of her guilty plea, Rivera will avoid being charged with injecting silicone into a woman's buttocks and breasts, which allegedly happened up to four times over the last two years.
