A midtown strip club has won the right to subpoena NYPD records claiming some employees were offering up more than just lap dances. FlashDancers—the self-described "most popular gentlemen's club in NYC"—was subject to an undercover sting in 2011, in which six of the club's strippers were caught allegedly agreeing to have sex in something called the "blue room."

FlashDancer's attorney Ed Rudofsky thinks the more accurate name would be the "blue ball room," (HA!) since he said no actual sex took place on the premises. “The undercovers claim they had conversations with people, no money changed hands, no act took place, so it’s all based on conversation," he told the Post.

The club will face the SLA on Wednesday, potentially resulting in the loss of its liquor license. No word yet on whether you'll be allowed to BYOFGC. (Bring Your Own Foie Gras Cappucino.)
