A Long Island mother has been accused of leaving her four kids in the car while she went out drinking at a bar last night. Police say that Maria Cepparo, 40, left her four young kids in an unlocked car while she drank at Momo’s Sports Bar and Grill in Holbrook.

The four kids—including her 13-year-old son who is autistic, 8-year-old son and twin 6-year-old daughters—were allegedly found by police just after midnight Sunday outside in a 2012 Ford Focus with no heat and the doors unlocked. The car was also parked illegally in a fire zone. The kids are now with their grandmother. Cepparo has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
