The 27-year-old accused of stalking Ivanka Trump is out on $10,000 bail—and telling the Daily News about his plans for winning over the socialite-real estate executive. Justin Massler wrote in an e-mail, "I've got a stalking charge, so that means I can't contact her. I won't, like, try to ever visit her directly. Instead, I'll become like a big-time millionaire, real estate mogul so that she's the one who contacts me. It will be more indirect, like, let the girls come to me." Or maybe he'll take up writing on his Ivanka Trump fan blog again.
Massler is currently at his mother's home in Reno, Nevada. The News says that Massler also sent an email to Tucker Max, asking the provocative writer to be his middle man—Max Tweeted, "Justin Massler--guy who stalks me and Ivanka Trump--just emailed me asking me not to cockblock him w/her. Laugh, cry, or call police?" (Massler's email to Max read, in part, "Obviously, right now she is probably not that into me since she filed these stalking charges and I'm in the doghouse with her, but later on I'm going to try to recover and then actually win her over.") Max also called the letters he's received from Massler "funny to kind of awkward to dangerous because the dude was legitimately crazy."
Massler's mother offered an apology to Trump, via the Post, saying, "He wrote nasty things and crossed the line... I can feel for Ivanka Trump and her family. If he caused her to be afraid, I'm very sorry for that." She added that Massler would be getting psychiatric care, but her ex-husband said of their son, "He's not cute, he's not fuzzy. He's a sick kid."
