The NYPD has been repeatedly warning New Yorkers about gadget theft, especially on subways. But some people aren't listening, because they are letting their iPads get stolen from them while they ride the G train!

According to the police, on Friday, January 4, a 41-year-old man was on a southbound G at the Hoyt and Schermerhorn Street around 10 p.m. when someone snatched it out of his hands and ran away.

The police describe the suspect as a black male, 16-18 years old, and 5'9", last seen wearing a dark blue coat, blue hooded-sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and blue sneakers. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
