On Wednesday, police arrested 71-year-old Pedro Reyes for allegedly exposing himself in Central Park to two little girls; one seven, one eight. Cops snatched the supposed elderly exposer and charged him with public lewdness, exposure and endangering the welfare of a child.

Reyes' lawyer—who was court-appointed, so maybe this was the best defense he could come up with—said that his client wasn't exposing himself to the girls, he just had to pee really badly. This despite police saying that Reyes motioned to the girls during the incident.

Ah, the ol' "You kids who have no reason to lie have confused my urination in a public park for exposing myself!" defense. Maybe other alleged exposers should tweak that line of reasoning and use it as well.
