A 14-year-old Seward Park High School student allegedly bit his teacher this afternoon after the instructor had the gall to try to take away his beloved cell phone.
According to police, the student first became irate, then sank his teeth into the prey victim with such force that the teacher had to be transported to Bellevue Hospital. The boy, "dressed in Hollister sweatpants and a navy blue top," according to DNAinfo, was escorted from the LES school's campus in handcuffs. He faces charges of felony assault.
Is this an argument for why phones should continue to be banned in schools? Or did the kid read about this guy, and think, "Not on my watch, NARC"? We may never know.
