Yesterday, we stoked the rumor mill with a tip that beloved Midwestern burger chain Steak 'n Shake is heading our way, and it looks like the gossip might be true!
An "insider close to the deal" said that the burger joint will be setting up shop at 1675 Broadway, conveniently located right next to the Ed Sullivan Theater, home of Late Night With David Letterman, and hordes of screaming tourist banshees. We're awaiting comment from the company about the move, but if it is indeed true, they'll be sitting pretty a mere ten blocks from the Midtown Shake Shack. Let the burger battle begin!
