Forget Kanye vs. Beck—the pop culture zeitgeist has now firmly swung towards Fifty Shades of Grey. If you're going to see the movie on as a post-Galentine's Day outing with the gals, you'll probably want to kick back a glass or two of wine while discussing Jamie Dornan's abs. But what to pair with Twilight fanfic-turned-runaway BDSM bestseller?

In case you don't want to gamble on the actual Fifty Shades Wine, we asked Tamara Lover, wine expert and co-founder of online wine concierge service Bottle Rush, for tips. Lover, who also used to write about wine and spirits for Gothamist, offered these suggestions:

The Sparkler:
"There is nothing that makes you feel sexier than sparkling wine—whether it be in a glass or that cold, bubbly sensation on your, well, you get the point. Bodegas Naveran Cava Brut Nature ($16) This sparkler from Spain is made in the same method as Champagne and is bright with citrus aromas and flavors. It's not delicate, but then again, we don't want it to be."

Refreshing cool down:
"Let's be honest, 10 minutes into the movie we will be fanning ourselves down looking for something to quench our thirst. The Patient Cottat Le Grand Caillou Sauvignon Blanc ($13) does the trick with crisp notes of grapefruit, lychee and lemon."

Big, Bold and comes with a warning label:
"Armida Winery 'Poizin' California Zinfandel ($15) packs just the right amount of danger - High alcohol (13.8%), Check. Big, luscious fruit and spice notes, Check. Skull and cross bones on the label, Check."

Sexy, Smooth and Ready to Go:
"The ability to be ready to go at a moments notice is sexy, which is why we never leave home without wine in a can. This sexy, smooth Pinot Noir from Underwood ($7) comes in a convenient, sleek can that conveniently fits...anywhere."
