Where are the chirping birds and sparkling glints of sunlight? Isn't spring only a hair's breadth away? Ah well, margarita season'll be here soon enough, provided the Earth doesn't explode when Hillary Clinton finally announces she's running for president. Here's where to eat this week:

On Monday, Rosemary's in the West Village will launch a new prix-fixe lunch menu. The three-course $25 deal includes options like kale celery Caesar, linguine, fusilli alla Napolitana, and a choice of dessert. Lunch runs from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays; you can make a reservation through the restaurant.

Also on Monday, Founders Brewing Company heads to Cooper's Craft & Kitchen in Chelsea for a tap takeover. Starting at 6 p.m., you can score 11 beers from the Michigan brewery, including Founders Porter, Founders Nitro Pale Ale and Founders Dark Penance. And at 7 p.m., they'll tap a keg of the exclusive Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout, which'll be doled out in 5oz glasses. The event is free to attend; food and drink is pay-as-you-go.

And on Wednesday, Cherry Izakaya in Williamsburg will throw an open house to showcase their menu from new Chef John Keller. From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., diners can sample free food items and score $1 beers and sake, with all proceeds going towards the Bed-Stuy Campaign Against Hunger.
