An alleged art thief suspected of stealing a Salvador Dali painting off the wall of an Upper East Side art gallery in broad daylight has been arrested exactly eight months later.

The $150,000 "Cartel de Don Juan Tenorio" was returned yesterday

On Tuesday afternoon this man took a Dali painting off the wall of an Upper East Side art gallery, and ran down East 77th Street with it.
