It's 'officially official:' After a successful crowdfunding campaign, Tone Balzano Johansen signed a deed for the building where Sunny's was located, and the bar will stay open.

Rather than let a Brooklyn institution go down in a real estate-driven fight, the owner of Sunny's in Red Hook has strapped in to save the bar a second time.
