State police say the trooper, Thomas Mascia, 27, was suspended without pay this week.

The crash took place at 3:45 a.m. on "Bloody Alley."

His parents were also charged, for allowing him to operate a vehicle without a license.

One source claims that responders smelled pot from the car, but a local fire chief denied that.

The stretch of the Southern State Parkway where the crash occurred is known as "Blood Alley."

It's believed the victims were thrown from the car.
