Ithaca authorities say they caught the person responsible for an ugly incident on Cornell's campus last month. The perpetrator isn't from Ithaca, and they say he acted alone.

The fraternity involved in an ugly racist assault at Cornell over the weekend has been suspended, but the frat boys are blaming the incident on a visiting brother from another chapter.
