Romanian ATM skimmers strike again! A Romanian man was arrested today and charged with helping a fraud ring skim ATM card info at more than 40 banks across the city.

A pair of Romanian nationals with journalism visas have been indicted for loading Dunkin' Donut gift cards with stolen bank account info and then using them in ATMs around town for free cash.
