The confrontation in Rochester came the same day the top federal prosecutor in Albany said New Yorkers can “expect to see” more immigration enforcement.

A judge from the Rochester area ruled that the Democrat-led state Legislature didn’t follow the proper process.

"While I know that the Prude family, the Rochester community, and communities across the country will rightfully be devastated and disappointed, we have to respect this decision."

One of the officers casually orders another officer to "just spray her."

"This is your last chance otherwise pepper spray is going in your eyeballs," a female cop told the girl.

"The mischaracterization and the politicization of the actions that I took after being informed of Mr. Prude's death is not based on facts, and is not what I stand for," the police chief said in a statement.

Police fired tear gas and pepper balls at protesters in Rochester as demonstrations continued over the weekend.

A protest in support of Daniel Prude is planned for Thursday night in Times Square.

The incident is the country's third Jewish cemetery desecration in the last two weeks.
