A devastated Harlem woman is hoping police can track down the owners of an out-of-control pitbull who killed her pet Maltese at the Marcus Garvey Park over the weekend.

A dog was fell off the BQE in Brooklyn today, but a quick response from a group of good Samaritans mean the dog has a promising shot at survival.
