NYPD brutality

Officer Paule Rivera was arrested shortly before 1 a.m. this morning in Upper Manhattan and charged with Assault in the Third Degree.

Three officers appear to have the teenager subdued, but then a fourth officer approaches and strikes him with a blunt object.
