An officer involved in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Kimani Gray has turned down a "Cop of the Year" award offered by the NYPD Muslim Officers Society.
Sgt. Mourad Mourad and Officer Jovaniel Cordova, who are accused of fatally shooting Gray seven times on March 9th, have reportedly cost the city about $215,000 in court settlements.
