NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok has been sentenced to two years in prison for his role in the 2013 attack on a motorist and his family by a gang of bikers.

He faces up to seven years in prison.

"In my mind, the situation was unsafe, and I just left," he testified. "I wish I could have done more, but I already made the decision that I was going to leave."

"Good we're not in front of a jury."

The lawyer for the motorcycle beatdown victim has released graphic new video showing the motorcyclists dragging him out of his car and stomping on him in the street.

Two of the motorcyclists are speaking out now, and both say they were in the wrong place at the wrong time and had nothing to do with the beatdown.

11 motorcyclists, including one undercover police officer, have been charged and indicted for the incident—and all but one of them are facing gang assault charges and decades in prison.

The Post's police sources tell the tabloid that the department is "pulling out all the stops" to identify the makes and models of the suspects' motorcycles.
