Federal prosecutors will not pursue a case against the NYPD officers who shot and killed 28-year-old Mohamed Bah in Harlem in 2012.

Mohamed Bah's mother called 911 for an ambulance, but police arrived instead and fatally shot Bah.

This revelation in the death of 29-year-old Mohamed Bah comes from the NYPD's own shooting incident report completed in December of last year, a little more than a month after officers killed Bah, claiming he had lunged at him with a knife.

Mohamed Bah was killed by police in his own apartment, but his story is not unique.

Police say that they Tasered Mohamed Bah twice, to no effect.
