Three civil lawsuits against former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash have been thrown out by a Manhattan judge today.

The lawsuit says the pair met in a chat room, "John specifically stated his intention on the chat line as non-sexual."

He also met with the Manhattan DA's office, but it's possible he missed the statute of limitations to file charges.

The lawyer says he still must vet the accusers.

Meet the latest man filing a lawsuit against the former voice of Elmo: Cecil Singleton, who says the two engaged in "dry humping" when he was 15 years old.

A rep for Macy's has told us this afternoon, Elmo "will absolutely join us in the Parade... under an alternate puppeteer."

The voice actor of Elmo, Kevin Clash, has resigned from Sesame Street after a second accuser has claims Clash had underage sex with him.

Sheldon Stephens, the man of accusing Kevin Clash of having sex with him when he was underage, wants to undo his settlement.

The accuser was allegedly crying during final negotiations.

The Elmo puppeteer's accuser has been identified as Sheldon Stephens, an aspiring model with plenty of arrests under his belt.
