She was at the home of her mother, Kerry Kennedy.

Jurors apparently believed that Kennedy had no idea she popped a sleeping pill.

Last week, Kennedy was saying, "The accident was not caused by a sleeping aid but by a complex partial seizure. My doctor says this is the first seizure I have ever had."

"When she hit me, my left tire tore up her passenger-side door, and the lug nuts on my truck tore up her tire — just shredded through it and peeled the tire right off."

"This is terrifying for her because she doesn’t know why it happened."

Her spokesman says that Kennedy was not under the influence of drugs.
