It is alleged that Brooklyn Technical High School had received multiple complaints about Shaynak's inappropriate behavior around female students from teachers and other third parties, which they chose to ignore.

The lawsuit says the pair met in a chat room, "John specifically stated his intention on the chat line as non-sexual."

The lawyer says he still must vet the accusers.
