The Italian market has sicced their legal team on a mom-and-pop food truck based in Indianapolis.

Well, now it seems there are two cases of measles (plus two probable cases) in central Indiana... and one of the people went to pre-Super Bowl events.

Because it was not technically a "structure," the stage and scaffolding that collapsed and killed 5 people at the Indiana State Fair on Saturday was not subject to any inspection or regulation whatsoever.

A similar outdoor event just 15 miles from the State Fairgrounds was cancelled due to concerns about the weather.
