Grace Peterson-Hagendorf

Grace Peterson-Hagendorf, a retired teacher working as a substitute at PS 22 Thomas Jefferson in Flushing, allegedly pushed a girl into her chair, twisting the girl's neck with enough force to cause pain and bruising.
