Apparently, neighbors have been making complaints about these rooftop parties since April.

The 21-year-old disgraced frat member who was arrested this week in connection with the vicious attack against a woman at an F train station in Borough Park last month has been hit with 10 charges.

"Being human beings, we felt compelled to do that," the fraternity member said. "I think any human being would feel compelled. We were just appalled."
