Tang, 31, was a no-show in court during the final day of the trial. He was convicted by the jury in absentia, and is currently a fugitive.
Tang has now released a dashboard cam video of a police officer recreating his fasted loop around Manhattan—and it took the officer took nearly twice as long as Tang.
Afroduck was in court this week asking for his license to be returned. He may have had an easier time making the argument had he not bragged about his lust for speed to cops.
Tang defended his Manhattan loop: "I took the entire ride of 26 miles in 24 minutes. I was exceeding the speed limit, although I did not hit 100 miles per hour."
Christopher Tang, 30, has been charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speed violation and traffic device violation for the drive.
The driver might have gotten away with the 24 minute loop around Manhattan at the time, but he's now caught the attention of the police.
