Four of five people were thrown from a van.

A 24-year-old driver was shot in the back and then collided with a motorcyclist in the Bronx last night.

Jermaine Johnson, 28, and Kaiison Lewis, 23, were both found suffering from gunshot wounds inside their Acura TL yesterday morning.

According to police, three thieves cornered and beat up a 14-year-old Bronx boy while he was waiting for an elevator in his building earlier this week. You can see video of the confrontation below.
