Dr. Prabhjot Singh

The incident occurred on September 21st at around 8:15 p.m., when roughly a dozen teenagers approached Dr. Singh, shouting things like, "Get Osama!" and "Terrorists."

The clip shows the group of 12 to 15 suspects, ages 15 to 20, shortly before they encountered Dr. Prabhjot Singh, a Sikh, on West 110th Street near Lenox Avenue.
