Reps. Ron Paul and Barney Frank are introducing new legislation for marijuana reform laws. After all, how else could you get a libertarian and a democrat to break bread?

The Connecticut Senate narrowly approved legislation to decriminalize small amounts of pot yesterday. Hopefully it'll go better for them there than it has here in NYC.
