Police say that a 36-year-old man was biking west on St. Paul's Place at around 6:38 a.m. when he was struck by the driver of a vehicle traveling north on 3rd Avenue.

Witnesses told police that the man attempted to pass the truck making a right onto Gardner, when the truck's bumper hit the bike, sending the man under the vehicle where he was killed instantly.
