It appears that the Corduroy Appreciation Society has quietly disbanded.

On Friday night—11/11/11—the Corduroy Appreciation Club held its "Grandest Meeting" at the Desmond Tutu Center, where Amy Sedaris gave the Keynote Address.

The Corduroy Appreciation Club is gearing up for its greatest and probably final Grand Meeting, on the date that has most resembled corduroy in history: 11/11/11

Yesterday was Veterans Day, and with America mired in two wars overseas,
