The New York Times has written another letter to the NYPD urging the department to stop harassing journalists and better inform their employees on the rights of members of the press.

As we mentioned last week, a group of activists (and possibly reporters) are planning to protest outside Mayor Bloomberg's Upper East Side townhouse (or as close as they can get) today.
