The governor's private attorney attacked one of his accuser's credibility, prompting her lawyer to call it "actionable post-employment retaliation."

One woman recounted an experience in the governor's office, while another described an incident while he was HUD secretary.

State Attorney General Letitia James's inquiry stems from allegations by Charlotte Bennett, a 25-year-old former staffer and two other women who have publicly described unwanted sexual advances from Cuomo.

In her interview with CBS, Bennett recalled feeling "deeply uncomfortable" in Cuomo's office. “I was shaking. I thought... I have no power here.”

The woman's friend said, "The harassment seemed like nothing out of the ordinary for the governor."

The woman told the New York Times, "I understood that the governor wanted to sleep with me, and felt horribly uncomfortable and scared."
