Bicycle theft

The most recently boosted bicycles were a Cannondale Ventura valued at $720, and a silver Jamis Nova worth $1,300.

This happened on East 60th Street almost two weeks ago.

"With this legislation we will send a massage to anyone who is planning to steal a bike: We will go after them."

The bike was stolen from 174 North 5th Street.

We've seen cyclists combat bicycle theft with aggression, but now they're going
