Antonio Olmeda, who allegedly shot at two rookie officers earlier this month while wearing a fake beard and dark glasses, was arrested this morning wearing a bullet-proof vest and carrying two handguns.

Police have now identified the fake-bearded man who shot at police as 53-year-old Antonio Olmeda—and they have a better idea why itchy-fingered Olmeda was walking around in disguise.
