The Staten Island DA's office said it is investigating who posted the videos online.

"I believe there were several people who were potentially attacking my client," said suspect Redinal Dervishaj's lawyer. "It looks like he has a decent self-defense case."

The suspect is an alleged Albanian gangster.

One witness said the restaurant manager tried to shoot them during the brawl: "He went to pull the trigger again, and that’s when Anthony saved my life. Anthony attacked him.”

According to the Post, Lacertosa had gone outside to check on his brothers, who had gotten kicked out of the restaurant and retaliated by urinating against the wall of a restaurant, sparking the fight.
