Police and personal vehicles outside of a Brooklyn police precinct were vandalized Sunday night.

According to an NYPD release, Jasmine Lawrence was arrested outside 1350 Bedford Avenue shortly before 8 p.m. by detectives from the Brooklyn North Narcotics Bureau.
