The New York Times has written another letter to the NYPD urging the department to stop harassing journalists and better inform their employees on the rights of members of the press.

Condom wrappers must be treated like books, in that they do not require a vending license, according to the State Supreme Court. But the city plans on appealing, so the arrests will continue.
