The medical community was right about tanning beds being bad for you...but not in the way that they thought. We received a report over the wire this morning from Yonkers reading, "BEACH BUM TANNING SALON Customer injured from exploding tanning light bulb at tanning salon." Which is exactly what happened in Final Destination 3...sort of. Watch out, Snooki!
A Beach Bum employee told us that the victim is OK: "An ambulance just took her and they're cleaning her up. She just had little pieces of glass stuck in her backside. I've never seen that happen before, the lightbulb kind of shattered while she was in there. But she's in good spirits." Or in as good spirits as she can be after what must have been a sinister Rube Goldberg machine attempted to cause her death.
