Can you blame her? Rosa Estevez, the Bronx woman whose husband used her car to run over his girlfriend before getting into a wreck himself this weekend, says she is leaving her hubby of five years. "I have no idea what was going on with them. All I know is they got into a fight, they got into an argument, and he hit her," Estevez told reporters. "We broke up. We don’t have a relationship—now only a daughter."

Estevez's husband, 28-year-old Ricaury Pena of the Bronx, allegedly ran over his girlfriend, Juana Flores, early Saturday morning on West 46th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues near El Tequilazo, where he and the 23-year-old Flores apparently both worked. She was a waitress and he was a part time bartender. Police are still trying to figure out what set off the hit-and-run. Witnesses are reportedly unclear if the Flores jumped in front of the vehicle or "if she was hanging onto the car and was struck as Pena made a mad dash from the fight." What is clear is that her top had reportedly been ripped off and she was "half-naked."

Five hours later Pena crashed the car again, this time on the Harlem River Drive, and was taken to Harlem Hospital where he is currently being watched over. Flores is at Bellevue where she is in stable condition with a gash on her head. Estevez, meanwhile, just seems stunned: "It's kind of surprising. You think it's one thing, and it's something else," she said. "Right now, I have to know what happened to my car."
